一般社団法人日本AI導入支援協会は、すべての人の尊厳と人権を尊重し、誰もが安心してAIを学び、活用できる社会の実現を目指します。
私たちは、年齢、性別、国籍、障がいの有無、雇用形態、知識や経験の違いにかかわらず、一人ひとりがAIを通じて可能性を広げられるよう、研修、導入支援、情報発信に取り組みます。
また、差別や偏見を助長しないAI活用、個人情報やプライバシーへの配慮、誰もが理解しやすい学習機会の提供に努めます。
ここに、人権を尊重したAI活用の普及に継続的に取り組むことを宣言します。

AIは、人の可能性を広げる一方で、使い方によっては差別や偏見を助長し、プライバシーを損なう恐れもあります。当協会は、AIの普及に関わる立場として、技術の利便性だけでなく、その利用が一人ひとりの人権を尊重するものであるかを常に問い続けます。世界人権宣言をはじめとする国際的な人権の基準、および「ビジネスと人権」に関する国内行動計画の趣旨をふまえ、事業活動を通じて人権の尊重に取り組みます。当協会の概要は協会概要をご覧ください。
当協会は、以下の人権に関する国・国際機関の指針を尊重し、AIの学習機会と導入支援の提供にあたって参照します。

The Japan Association for AI Implementation Support respects the dignity and human rights of all people and aims to realize a society in which everyone can learn about and utilize AI with confidence.
We are committed to providing training, implementation support, and information dissemination so that each person can expand their potential through AI, regardless of age, gender, nationality, disability, employment status, or differences in knowledge and experience.
We also strive to promote the use of AI in a way that does not encourage discrimination or prejudice, respects personal information and privacy, and provides learning opportunities that are easy for everyone to understand.
We hereby declare that we will continue to work toward the dissemination of AI utilization that respects human rights.
